Graduation Procedure
■ Thesis Submission
Requirement: Must be completed at least 10 days before the start of the new semester.

■ University Graduation Procedures Form
System Link: NCKU Graduation Procedures System
Path: NCKU website > Registrar Division > Student Online Services > Graduation Procedures. Enter your ID and password, complete tasks, and print the form. Once all signatures are obtained, collect your diploma.
■ Program Inspection Items (AISSM)
- Information Form: Complete the online "Information Form of Graduates" [Click here].
- Advisor's Signature: Obtain the signature of your advisor in the department section of the form.
- Thesis Submission: Submit one hard copy (Master: paperback / PhD: hardback).
- Thesis Embargo (Optional): For delayed public access, submit the approved "Application for Embargo" with supporting documents.

- -- Patent: Provide application number or documentation.
- -- Legal: Provide relevant legal provisions or evidence.
- Transcripts: Students completing credits this semester must resubmit transcripts for review.
- Mid-term Graduation: Fill out the Mid-term Application Form one week before your departure.
- Delayed Graduation: Conduct credit review again before proceeding.
