Application Notice for Credit Transfer in Fall semester 2026
1、Applicants: Newly-admitted students in Fall Semester (including International & Overseas Chinese students).

※ Transfer students and master’s students admitted directly to the Ph.D. program are required only to submit an application for elective courses to be recognized toward the program’s graduation requirements.Please use the "【Form】 Application for elective courses to be approved as the graduation requirements" to submit your application |
2、Eligibility：Please refer to「Regulations Governing Course Credit Waivers for Graduate Programs of the NCKU AISSM」

3、Deadlines：2026/08/01 ~ 2026/09/11。(According to Taiwan time)
4、Application Procedure：
1. Required Documents：
Please prepare the following documents and allow sufficient time for submission and review:

※Notes for Completing the Credit Transfer Application Form： (1).Any corrections to the course information, including the credit hours, are not allowed on this application. Please start over by filling out a new form for submission if you find any mistakes in the course information. (2).The department office of your original school must stamp the application form to confirm that the courses to be transfered were not included in your graduation credits. |

□ Syllabus/ Course Outline
2. Obtain Your Advisor's Approval and Signature：
Submit the above documents to your advisor for approval and signature.
3. Complete the Online Credit Transfer Application：
Upload the Application form, Transcript and Syllabus/ Course Outline to Course Credit Waiver System (https://nckustory.ncku.edu.tw/credit/index.php)

4. Submit the Hard-Copy Documents for Program Review：
After obtaining your advisor's approval and signature, submit the application form, together with the original transcript and course syllabus(ies), to the Program Office for the Program Director's review and approval.
※The online application must be submitted before handing in the hard copy application form to the program office.
※Please ensure that the documents are submitted to your original institution and the advisor for review and signature before submitting them to the program office within the application deadline.
