2026 Spring Semester, Ph.D. Qualification Examination for the Semiconductor Process Degree Program

The Ph.D. qualification examination for the Semiconductor Process Degree Program will be recorded on paper.
Please refer to the Regulations for the Ph.D. Candidate Qualification Assessment and download the required forms (Form A and Form B) for processing:
- Form A: Submit before the end of your first semester to indicate your selected exam subjects.
- Form B: Submit in the semester when you apply for the qualification exam, specifying the subjects you plan to take or apply for credit exemption.
After the examination, the program assistant will record the exam results or credit exemptions on both Form A and Form B.
