Graduation Procedure
Thesis submission to the library
(must be completed at least 10 days before the start of the new semester).

Complete the university's graduation procedures form

Visit the NCKU website > Registrar Division > Student Online Services > Graduation Procedures. Enter your student ID and password, complete the required tasks, and print the "Graduation Procedures Form." Once all the necessary signatures have been obtained, you can collect your diploma and complete the graduation process.
Program inspection items are as follows:
- Complete the online "Information Form of Graduates" before leaving school:

- Submit one hard copy of the thesis (Master: paperback / Doctoral: hardback)
Thesis Cover Template for AISSM: (Master: Download) (Doctoral: Download) - To apply for delayed public access to the thesis/dissertation, please submit the approved "Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation" along with the relevant supporting documents.
- Application form: Please complete the application in accordance with Guidelines for the New Thesis Embargo Application Procedure .
- Supporting document:Submit supporting documents with concrete evidence. Examples include research project contracts, patent application numbers, confidentiality agreements, intended journal submissions, or information regarding planned research grant applications or sponsoring organizations.Please submit the statment form together with supporting documents form.(download)
- Confidential Information: Relevant legal provisions or concrete evidence must be provided.
- Patent-related Matters: Please provide the patent application number or documentation showing that a patent application has been submitted.
- Disclosure Prohibited by Law: Relevant legal provisions or concrete evidence must be provided.
- Students who have completed the necessary credits for graduation this semester are required to submit their transcripts for review again.
- Mid-term graduation: For leaving before the final exam week, fill out the "24.研究生期中畢業申請書" in the following link:

(Complete the application process one week before the scheduled departure date.) - Delayed graduation: Conduct credits review again before proceeding with the graduation process.
