★Please consult the course instructor or TA regarding the add-course procedure, or follow the add-course announcements for each course.
★ Application for Course Enrollment under Special Circumstances(NCKU AISSM):https://ais2m.ncku.edu.tw/download.php?action=department&id=1&fid=298 (2025/12/31 updated)
★ Timeline:
- Feb 23(9:00)-Feb 24(16:00): [Add-Course Request for Specific Status]
Qualified students must complete the " Application for Course Enrollment under Special Circumstances(NCKU AISSM)" have it approved by instructor, and submit it to the program offering the course within the designated period. Late submissions will not be processed. - Feb 25(8:30)-Mar 3(13:00): [Online Course Additions]
All non-special cases must apply via 「Online Add-Course Request」. Please refer to the university's instructions for the " Online application for course addition for students " - Mar 4(9:00)-Mar 5(17:00): [Add-Course Request for Special Circumstances]
For courses hosted by the AISSM, additional spots may be added for special-case students, subject to instructor approval and classroom capacity.
※ Hosted Courses: Course System Number starting with MZ, M1, M2, M3, M4, or M5.
★ Notes:
- For [Course Adding for Specific Students] and [Course Adding for Special Cases], AISSM will only accept and review applications where the course information (including course code and serial number) is correctly filled with AISSM's designated code.
- For [Course Adding for Specific Students] and [Course Adding for Special Cases], aside from meeting eligibility requirements, Course System Number not starting with MZ, M1, M2, M3, M4, or M5 will only be reviewed if there are available spots.
