The International talent online course platform is established by the Institute for Information Industry to promote the digital training platform of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
The primary strategic goals of the platform are to expand the recruitment and cultivation of international talent, thereby helping to supplement the talent gap in Taiwan's semiconductor industry.

Students can click "My Courses" to find all selected courses and use "Course Progress" to check their current course progress.
VI. Clear Course Completion Requirements
To pass a course, students are required to watch more than 70% of each course.
Usage Steps
1. Register (Step 1): Click the link (https://elearning.iei.org.tw/en/login) and press the button on the right side to go to the registration page. Your account is your email.
2. Join the Courses (Step 2): Quickly search for courses. Click "Join the course" to watch the video. You can view the number of videos via the "Curriculum".
3. View Courses (Step 3): Click "View Course" to enter the course page. Check your progress through "Course Progress".
4. Check Status: Click "My Courses" to find all selected courses and check the progress of all courses.
