✤ Elective courses to be approved as the graduation requirements：

1. Download 「Application for elective courses to be approved as the graduation requirements」：Download the application from the program's website. This should be applied during the course enrollment period.
2. Application process：Please attach the syllabus for each course to your application and obtain consent from both the advisor and the Program director.
3. Special applications shall be sent for the instructor’s approval instead：if the course under review is in the category of core competency, it shall be for the course’s instructor to review and sign. On the form for a special application, the advisor's signature is not required.

* Students are responsible to keep the original copy of this form signed by the advisor and the program director, and submit it when applying for the degree examination.

2. Application process：Please attach the syllabus for each course to your application and obtain consent from both the advisor and the Program director.
3. Special applications shall be sent for the instructor’s approval instead：if the course under review is in the category of core competency or the elective courses assigned by the students' programs, it shall be for the course’s instructor to review and sign. On the form for a special application, the advisor's signature is not required.
